Harpenden Classics On The Common 2024. 24th july 2024 saw the 30th anniversary of the rotary club organised classics on the common in harpenden hertfordshire. We are also again making some operational changes to help congestion by erecting barriers and fencing on the previous day that hopefully will help ease the flow of traffic on the day.
